Placing an Order

By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 and that your information is accurate. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund issued within 5 working days if cancelled post-payment.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Delivery is included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated. We accept major debit and credit cards processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Product Information

We take care to ensure descriptions and dimensions are accurate. Screen colours may not exactly match physical products. If a product differs materially from its description, you may return it under our returns policy.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you and offer an alternative or full refund.

Made-to-Order Products

Payment is required upfront for made-to-order items. Lead times are 1–3 weeks from confirmation. These items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability will not exceed the total price of your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
