Delivery Information
How Our Delivery Works
Every order includes free UK direct home delivery. No hidden charges, no minimum spend.
Day 1. You place your order before 11am. Your order is manifested to our supplier the same day.
Day 2. The carrier collects your order from the supplier and books a delivery slot directly with you by phone or SMS.
Day 3. Your order is delivered to your entrance hall. Our carriers will take your item up a maximum of two flights of stairs where no lift is available.
Delivery Timescales
Standard delivery is 3 working days to mainland UK addresses, included free on every order.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Our carrier will contact you directly to confirm your delivery slot. Please ensure someone is present. Deliveries are to your entrance hall only. Our carriers will take products up a maximum of two flights of stairs where no lift is available.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery has been booked and you are not present at the agreed time, the original delivery charge still applies. An additional charge of 50% of the delivery fee will apply for re-delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange.
Delivery Zones
We deliver across mainland UK. Remote areas including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Islands may incur additional charges or extended lead times. Please contact us before ordering if you are in one of these areas.
Large and Specialist Items
Beds, mattresses, and large furniture are delivered via our 2-man DHD service. All mesh base bed frames are certified by FIRA or SGS. Made-to-order items including upholstered headboards, divans, and contract mattresses have a 1–2 week lead time.
