Free UK delivery on every order. No charges. No minimum spend.

 

How your order moves

 

Day 1, order placed. Order before 11am Monday to Friday and your order is sent to the supplier the same day for next day collection.

 

Day 2 to 3, direct home delivery. A 2-man specialist carrier contacts you with a tracking link and a slot booking link. The team delivers to your entrance hall.

 

Where we deliver

 

Mainland UK: free.

Scottish Highlands postcodes (AB30 to AB56, IV, KW, PA20 to PA80, PH15 to PH50): a quote is sent before order acceptance.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, BFPO addresses: a quote is sent before order acceptance.

We do not ship outside the UK.

 

Lead times

 

Stock items: 2 to 3 working days from order to delivery on mainland UK.

Made to order items: lead time shown on the product page.

Bank holidays and severe weather extend lead times.

 

On delivery day

 

Check the order with the carrier present. Sign for receipt. Anything damaged, refuse the affected item and email online@onlineand.direct within 24 hours with photos. We replace or refund.

 

Missed slots

 

Two missed slots without notice may incur a re-delivery fee from the carrier. Reschedule via your booking link as early as you can.

 

Returns

 

See the Refund and Returns policy for the full process. UK consumer rights apply, including 14 days to change your mind from delivery for non-bespoke items.
