Why 1,500 Springs?

Spring count matters because more springs means a smaller individual spring diameter — and a narrower spring responds more precisely to localised body weight. In a king or super king, going from 1,000 to 1,500 springs significantly increases contact points across the sleep surface, reducing pressure at hips and shoulders for side sleepers. The BAL-1500 is the recommended specification for couples who plan to keep the mattress for 5–10 years.

What firmness is the BAL-1500? Medium-firm — supportive enough for back and front sleepers, with enough give for most side sleepers.

How do I care for a pocket spring mattress? Rotate head-to-toe monthly. Use a mattress protector to protect the cover. Do not fold or bend the mattress when handling.
