Questions
Why a 4 Poster?
Four poster beds are one of the defining looks of British hotel interior design — and increasingly appearing in residential bedrooms. The four posts frame the bed as the centrepiece of the room, add visual height, and give you the option to hang a canopy or curtains for a truly statement look. A black metal version delivers the same drama at a fraction of the price of antique or bespoke wooden frames.
What sizes are available?
Double (135cm wide) and King (150cm wide). Standard 190cm and 200cm UK bed lengths respectively.
What does no-bolt assembly mean?
No spanners, no bolts, and no tools. The frame components click or push together using a cam-lock or pin system. Setup takes under 20 minutes and can be done by one person.
Can I hang drapes or a canopy from this bed?
Yes. The full four-poster frame with top rail is designed to accept canopy fabric, curtains, or drapes. A sheer white or linen canopy transforms the look completely.
What type of base does it have?
A slatted base — firm, even mattress support with good air circulation. Compatible with all mattress types including pocket sprung, memory foam, and orthopaedic.
What bedroom styles does it suit?
Contemporary, industrial, and maximalist bedrooms. Pair with velvet bedding and brass accessories for drama, or white linen and natural textures for a lighter mood.
How long does delivery take?
Free UK mainland delivery, typically within 3 working days. Ships flat-packed directly to your door.
