Why Pocket Springs?

Hotels operating in the 3–5 star category increasingly specify pocket spring mattresses to differentiate their room offering and improve guest review scores. Pocket springs eliminate the 'hammock' effect of open-coil construction, provide consistent support across the full mattress surface, and have a longer effective service life in high-use settings. The CRIB5 certification means quality and compliance from a single supplier — eliminating the need to source fire documentation and mattress performance separately.

How long does delivery take? Made to order in Britain — please allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Free UK mainland delivery direct to your door.

Does it require assembly? No — mattresses are delivered ready to use.

What sizes are available? Small Single (2'6"), Single (3'0"), Small Double (4'0"), Double (4'6"), King (5'0"), and Super King (6'0").

How do I care for this mattress? Rotate head-to-toe every 3 months in the first year for even wear. Use a CRIB5-compliant mattress protector to extend service life. Do not bend or fold during installation.

How does a pocket spring contract mattress compare to an open-coil contract mattress? Open-coil mattresses use a connected spring network — movement on one side transfers across the whole mattress and springs wear unevenly. Pocket springs move independently, providing better body contouring and significantly reducing motion transfer — important for shared rooms and for guest sleep quality ratings.
