Why CRIB5?

Under the UK fire-safety regime for non-domestic premises, mattresses supplied to commercial sleeping environments — hotels, care homes, HMOs, student accommodation — are normally specified to CRIB5 (Source 5) fire resistance. The Poppy Pocknep is made to full CRIB5 specification, with documentation available on request for fire safety audits, CQC inspections, and procurement records. Standard domestic mattresses are not made to this specification and are not suitable for these settings.

How long does delivery take? Free UK mainland delivery direct to your door. Made to order in Britain — please allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.

Does it require assembly? No assembly required — delivered as a complete mattress, ready to use.

What sizes are available? Small Single (2'6"), Single (3'0"), Small Double (4'0"), Double (4'6"), King (5'0"), and Super King (6'0").

How do I care for the Neptune waterproof cover? Spot clean with mild detergent. For infection control between occupancies, wipe with an appropriate clinical disinfectant. Do not machine wash or immerse the mattress.

How does this compare to a standard CRIB5 mattress? A standard CRIB5 mattress provides fire compliance without waterproofing or pocket spring support.
