Who Is This Bed For?

The TEALOTTO suits buyers who want their bed to be a design focal point. Teal velvet works particularly well against white or light grey walls, warm wood tones, and brass or gold bedroom accessories. The storage is ideal for anyone in a one-bedroom flat or compact master bedroom where under-bed space doubles as a wardrobe extension.

How do I clean velvet upholstery?
Brush lightly with a soft dry brush in the direction of the pile. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth — do not rub. Avoid steam cleaning.

Does the teal colour photograph accurately?
Product images are colour-corrected but monitor calibration affects how teal is perceived. In-room, the TEALOTTO reads as a deep, saturated blue-green velvet.

Is the headboard attached or freestanding?
The headboard is an integral part of the TEALOTTO bed frame — it attaches to the base as part of assembly and is not freestanding.

What size mattress does the TEALOTTO take?
A standard Double (135 × 190 cm) or King (150 × 200 cm) UK-size mattress. Mattress is not included.

Is the ottoman storage easy to open?
Yes — the gas-lift mechanism means the storage compartment opens with a gentle upward push; the pistons hold the mattress platform open without needing to prop it up.

Is Free UK mainland delivery included?
Yes — free UK mainland delivery is included on all Wholesale Beds products through Onlineand.direct.

Style & Material Notes

Crushed velvet has a characteristic sheen that shifts with the light. The teal is a true jewel tone — neither too green nor too blue — making it versatile across a range of bedroom colour schemes. Velvet upholstery should be brushed occasionally to maintain its pile; a soft brush in the direction of the nap is sufficient.
