Questions
Who Is This Bed For?
The FLO suits buyers who want a simple, light-coloured wooden bed that doesn’t dominate the room. It is particularly popular in children’s bedrooms (the white finish pairs easily with any coloured bedding), guest rooms (neutral and clean), and compact bedrooms where a heavy upholstered frame would feel overpowering. The cottage style also makes it at home in farmhouse and country interiors.
What is rubberwood?
Rubberwood is a dense, stable hardwood sourced from rubber tree plantations. It is harder and less prone to warping or cracking than pine, making it a durable choice for furniture. It takes paint well, which is why it is widely used for painted furniture pieces.
Can I repaint the FLO a different colour?
Yes — the white painted finish can be repainted with appropriate furniture paint if you want a different colour in future.
Does the FLO come with slats?
Yes — the FLO includes a slotted base. No additional purchase is needed before adding a mattress.
Is the FLO suitable for a child’s bedroom?
Yes — the single FLO is popular in children’s bedrooms. The white painted finish and simple design work well with coloured bedding and accessories.
Is Free UK mainland delivery included?
Yes — free UK mainland delivery on all Wholesale Beds products through Onlineand.direct.
